With over 20 years of local and international corporate experience with multinational and Fortune 500 companies, Jeng is a full-fledged HR specialist that inculcates a modern, non-traditional take on human capital management. An International Coaching Federation (ICF)  certified professional coach and founder of Career Collab, she brings to the table a holistic brand of HR that’s equal parts people and stakeholder centric.

Ian Macasaet

Service Delivery Lead

People manager, operations specialist, and COPC-certified implementation leader, Ian comes equipped with over a decade of experience in successfully launching and operating world-class, international CX LOBs in the BPO industry. A “non-practicing” HR graduate over the course of a 20 year career split between BPO operations and real estate sales, Ian returns to his roots to effectively deliver Radix HR’s unique and innovative HR and employee wellbeing services.

Nichole Banagodos

HR Services Lead

A psychology grad, registered Psychometrician, and Occupational Safety and Health Officer, Nichole has spent her entire career in HR, both in end-to-end recruitment and HR business partnership in the BPO, gaming, education, and logistics industries. With Radix HR, she and her team now focus their energies on talent acquisition as well as account and client management.

Rylle Zamora

A generalist in its truest sense with experience in almost all facets of HR with multiple Fortune 500 companies, Rylle brings a level of knowledge and expertise that vastly belies his age.

Presently a candidate for a degree in MS-Industrial / Organizational Psychology, he leads Radix’s HR service delivery team as well as its research and organizational development initiatives to design strategies that are tailor-fit for your organization, with a strong focus on methodology and empirical evidence.
